This
website offers general cooking methods for
adding herbal vinegars to your dishes, descriptions
of our flavors and many tried and true
recipes.
All
of our vinegars are made by hand using the slow infusion method
over many months but some flavors may not be available due to limited
batch aging methods.
The
herbs used in our vinegars are grown in our gardens without
the use of any pesticides or chemical insecticides. The
herbal vinegars are completely natural, with all the flavor and
aroma produced by the herbs and nothing but the herbs.
Refrigeration
is not necessary but do store them away from direct sunlight. Shelf
life is greater than one year, unopened.
We
have used the golden food rule, if it smells good, use it!
